So, we ended Redone: Again today.
Holy crap.
I'll give the briefest of run downs (which will turn into a slight novella) But for

this is how Thyme is actually going to get into Destiny's Wings, for it all fits together now.
So, it starts after we defeat Abelus (the bad guy from the last campaign) Thyme's mother and a bunch of other sirens meet up with our group and talk to Dime saying that they've heard Thyme was really alive (though at that point she was conked out on his back with her tail out due to summoning stuffs)
Thyme's mother stepped forward and began talking to Dime, saying how Thyme was going to follow through on the promise made and marry and settle down in the Siren city. Dime said no and that he wouldn't lose her again. So, Thyme's childhood friend Aurus (not Atair) (introduced here>>>
[link]) fought Dime for the right of marrying Thyme.
A few times they both nearly died due to some pretty hefty shots, when Dime emerged (barely) victorious. Thyme's mother conceded and said they could marry, but she wouldn't go back underwater until she saw it happen. So we went back to the town it all began in and prepared a wedding celebration.
While this was going on, Barrett left the group for his own evil purposes. (That, and because he didn't want to face the wrath of Thyme's mom for killing Eve.) Bahamut began to fight the elves, what little humans survived and the dwarves. And Lulu found out one of her party members had killed her family, though she quickly forgave him.
Eventually, the wedding came around. King Stephen was Thyme's bride's maid, and Queen Rose was the best man. (go figure on that)It was all going well when a bunch of people (in black cloaked hooded figures who somehow managed to get into the reception) stood up and began to off the wedding goers.
Then, a hooded figure with giant black wings dropped in and began to cast spells at the (JUST) married couple. Egrege, our resident giant, stopped it and an all out war began to ensue. Thyme and Dime split, but the winged being followed Dime and felled him. Then, he cast a dark flare at point blank range into Dime's skull. Thyme ran forward to try to kick him to stop, but she didn't make it in time. So, she pulled on the figure's pony tail and pulled, she got stopped with a flare to her hands and fell to the floor where she was then hog-tied.
It was then she realized just WHO had killed her loved one and proceeded to scream for help as she was now being flown away. Attempts were made, but Barrett to fast in flight and got away. But, before he left, he completely obliterated the town in the Devil's Hand, giving Dime's body to the abyss. (don't worry, all the main characters (save Dime) made it out)
While Thyme was being taken, the rest of the group went to deal with Bahamut, who had gone completely and utterly insane. The Devil then appeared to stop him. The Devil was Elverin. Elverin killed the dragon god and was finally granted the rest he longed for and deserved.
(even though he still lives in the metaphorical room in my head with Dime and Meta, but that's beside the point)
When Elverin died he also killed all the demons in the world. That meant some of the party members and Barrett. At to what he did to her in that time is disclosed and will never openly be discussed, and she was found two weeks later nearly dead from basic starvation. After she recuperated she went to the dragon island with her father.
However, the pain to stay by herself was to much to bear and asked her familiar to take her away to anther land. The other land that belongs to miss AlexiatheHedgehog.
She still has the tattoo over her heart and wears the rings out of honor for what happened. She left her family behind and continued to live, as Dime wanted her to, and wander until she was swept into another adventure. And every night before she goes to sleep, reads the note he gave her and cries as she goes to sleep. For Tako, for Cleara, for Eve, but mostly for Dime and the love he carved so deeply into her heart from the first day they met.
Sorry for the novella, but credits roll to:

for without which we would've never had a story.

for without which we would've never made it out of a battle.

for without which Thyme and Dime might've had a happy ending. (joking. We wouldn't have been able to have such a cool plot twist. (chalk full of them as our campaign was anyway))
