Name: Thomas Oakland
Height: 6'3" (ears included)
Date of Birth: October 29
Occupation: Autumn Kingdom Soldier/ Chief of Police
Biography: As a young lad, Thomas couldn't stop getting into trouble...scraping his knee, breaking an arm, and releasing a skunk into a busy market place are only the tip of the long list that covers his lifetime. One day, however, (around 16 or 17 years of age) he got especially stupid and went deeper into the forest than he should've and got lost in a labyrinth of underground caverns. Upon losing all hope he prayed for help and a blinding light was sent from who knows where and guided him out. At least, he hoped, because it didn't exactly portray any means of showing him out. But it did. As a consequence, his sight was taken from him, leaving his pupils the only distinguishable feature in his eye-sockets.
Shortly after that, some of the others who had fallen prey to his games began to pester him, so he began to study sword play and magic. The two rings (around his neck and hanging from his left sleeve) help him channel earth magic, into his weapon of choice (normally a sword or staff-like object which happens to be standing nearby... unfortunately long range weapons aren't really a possibility at the moment). He's a dominantly right handed man in this account.
Because he didn't want to stay in the forest proper he moved to the inner city to find work with the men and women who protected the land,as he wanted to something to remedy his old actions. Though he is blind, his other senses are top notch, especially his ears which come in handy. He is still looking for a way to get his sight back.
Personality: Somewhat stoic with a distinct sense of order, while also liking to make people laugh if it's possible. (think Fai D. Flowright from Tsubasa Chronicle, sound and action)
Extra Facts: His mother and father are still alive, as are his two twin siblings.
He really likes well-cooked fish and fresh raw veggies.
He liked to navigate around the Autumn Kingdom woods and caves and study the stars when he wasn't blind.
Blind, he likes to sit and listen to people or work out when he's not on duty.
